Interiors and spaces
Living and dining arrangements, master and secondary bedrooms, and the modular kitchen with utility. Useful for judging proportion, circulation and how rooms relate to one another.
Prestige Battersea is in pre-launch. Nothing on this site has been built yet, so every image below is an architectural render — a designer’s representation of the intended finish, not a photograph of a completed home.
We say that plainly because it changes how you should read the gallery. Renders are useful for understanding proportion, layout logic and the relationship between spaces. They are not reliable on materials, exact colour, light quality or the view from a specific unit. Finishes, fittings and landscaping are indicative and can change before handover.
The images are grouped into interiors, amenity spaces and outdoor zones. For the things a render cannot tell you — carpet area against super built-up, room dimensions, which floors are available — the floor plans and master plan pages carry the measured detail, and a site visit is the only way to judge the location itself.
All images are indicative architectural renders of a pre-launch project. Actual finishes, fittings, colours, landscaping and views may vary.
Full-resolution plans with room dimensions and carpet area are in the floor plans and master plan pages, or in the downloadable booklet.
A note on renders: these images are produced from design intent before construction. They are a fair guide to layout and proportion, and an unreliable guide to material finish, colour accuracy, natural light and the outlook from any particular unit. Nothing shown here forms part of a contract. Confirm the specification schedule attached to the Agreement of Sale before booking.
A guided walkthrough of the campus layout and sample unit interiors is available on request. Share your details and a senior advisor will send the link along with the floor plan booklet and cost sheet, within 24 hours.
A walkthrough is a rendered simulation. It cannot show you peak-hour traffic on Hennur Road, the actual outlook from a given floor, or how the approach road feels at 9am on a weekday — and those are the things that decide whether you like living somewhere.
Site visits run Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 8 PM. An advisor can walk you through each amenity’s allocated position on the approved master plan while you are there.

The aquatics centre, sports courts, kids’ precinct and landscaped areas. Useful for understanding the scale of the amenity programme and where it sits on the campus.
The master plan and 2, 3 and 4 BHK floor plates. These are measured drawings rather than renders, and they are the reliable source for anything dimensional.
Material finish and colour accuracy, real natural light through the day, the outlook from a specific floor or facing, noise, and the surrounding streetscape. For those, use the specification schedule and a site visit.
Right now every image here is a render, because the site is at clearing and survey stage with foundation work scheduled from Q4 2026. As construction progresses this gallery will shift from renders to actual site photography, and we will label which is which rather than mixing them.
| Stage | What the gallery will show |
|---|---|
| Now — pre-launch | Architectural renders and measured plan drawings only. No built structure exists to photograph. |
| Post-launch, during construction | Dated site progress photographs alongside the renders, so you can compare intent against build. |
| Model apartment ready | Photographs of the furnished sample flat — the first images showing real materials and finishes. |
| Near possession | Photography of completed common areas, clubhouse and landscaping. |
If you want the most current site photographs at any point, ask an advisor rather than relying on this page — construction photography is taken more often than the website is refreshed.
No. Every image in this gallery is an architectural render produced from design intent, not a photograph of a completed home. Nothing on the site has been built yet. Renders are a fair guide to layout and proportion and an unreliable guide to material finish, colour, natural light and the outlook from a specific unit. Actual finishes and layouts may vary, and the specification schedule attached to the Agreement of Sale is what governs.
A guided walkthrough of the campus layout and sample unit interiors is available on request rather than embedded on this page. Submit an enquiry and an advisor will send the link within 24 hours, along with the floor plan booklet and cost sheet. Because the project is pre-launch, the walkthrough is a rendered simulation rather than footage of a built property.
The gallery is refreshed as the project progresses. At present it carries renders and plan drawings only, because the site is at clearing and survey stage. Once construction begins, dated site progress photographs will be added alongside the renders and labelled separately. For the most current site photography at any point, ask an advisor — photographs are taken more frequently than the website is refreshed.
Furnished model apartments are planned for the 2, 3 and 4 BHK formats at the experience centre, built to the same dimensions that will be handed over. Until they are ready, a site visit lets you walk the location and see each amenity’s allocated position on the approved master plan. Site visits run Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 8 PM.
The plan drawings in the Plans & Layouts tab are measured drawings rather than renders, but the versions shown here are compressed for web display and dimensions are indicative. Request the floor plan booklet for full-resolution plans with room dimensions and carpet area against super built-up area. RERA-declared carpet areas will govern once Karnataka RERA registration is issued.
Yes. Everything in this gallery is publicly accessible with no form required. Higher-resolution versions, the full floor plan booklet and the master plan PDF are sent on enquiry.
