We say that plainly because it changes how you should read the gallery. Renders are useful for understanding proportion, layout logic and the relationship between spaces. They are not reliable on materials, exact colour, light quality or the view from a specific unit. Finishes, fittings and landscaping are indicative and can change before handover.
The images are grouped into interiors, amenity spaces and outdoor zones. For the things a render cannot tell you — carpet area against super built-up, room dimensions, which floors are available — the floor plans and master plan pages carry the measured detail, and a site visit is the only way to judge the location itself.

Better still, walk the site
A walkthrough is a rendered simulation. It cannot show you peak-hour traffic on Hennur Road, the actual outlook from a given floor, or how the approach road feels at 9am on a weekday — and those are the things that decide whether you like living somewhere.
Site visits run Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 8 PM. An advisor can walk you through each amenity’s allocated position on the approved master plan while you are there.

What renders cannot show
Material finish and colour accuracy, real natural light through the day, the outlook from a specific floor or facing, noise, and the surrounding streetscape. For those, use the specification schedule and a site visit.
Updates
How this gallery changes as the project progresses
Right now every image here is a render, because the site is at clearing and survey stage with foundation work scheduled from Q4 2026. As construction progresses this gallery will shift from renders to actual site photography, and we will label which is which rather than mixing them.
